The Fundamentals of Classroom Management course equips educators with essential strategies to create a positive and productive learning environment. This professional development course comprises four modules providing teachers with the knowledge and tools to effectively manage their classrooms, promote student engagement, and address behavior issues constructively.

Upon completing this course, educators will possess a comprehensive toolkit for effective classroom management, enabling them to establish a nurturing and structured learning environment that fosters academic growth, positive behavior, and meaningful engagement for all students. By mastering the fundamentals of classroom management, teachers can optimize their instructional effectiveness and create a supportive and enriching educational experience for every learner.

Module 1 introduces participants to the concept of classroom management and its significance in fostering an optimal learning environment. 

Module 2 delves into the distinction between class management and discipline, focusing on effective classroom management techniques and establishing procedures and routines.

 Part 2:  Friday, 10/17/2025 - 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM BKK time

Module 3 focuses on understanding student archetypes, implementing teaching tips for effective class management, and exploring various classroom management techniques.

Module 4 addresses behavior models and explores various factors influencing student behavior, including attention-seeking, power dynamics, revenge, and self-confidence.
